Before starting my own business, when I was working for a -based logistics company in TMWE Gurugram , I came across the field of "emergency cargo transportation." Global forwarders naturally have well-established emergency transportation teams, but such teams did not exist in India at that time, and India logistics was even said to be too slow compared to the rest of the world I understood that aspects like 24h customer service, cargo space reservation, and customs clearance were challenging. However, I felt that it was meaningful to start a business for the sake of India . So, in April 2025, when I was 32 years old, I founded our company. We hold licenses and approvals, such as being an IATA-accredited cargo agent, a Regulated Air Cargo Agent (RA), and being engaged in the customs clearance business. We also set up 24h customer service teams in both India and overseas. Up to now, we have a track record of undertaking various urgent transports with tight delivery deadlines, such as transporting parts to prevent production line stoppages, emergency supplies due to disasters, and life-saving pharmaceuticals.
